Mr. Narin Piseth received a two-year training course at the School of Administration in 2001. He also received a Master's degree in Public Policy through the Japan Young Leaders Program in 2013, as well as graduated PhD in 2019. 

He has contributed more than 20 years to the collaboration of public and private partners and innovative ideas in the development of financial services integrated with technology. He has contributed to building a strong organization partnership and building more effective external relationships. In addition, he has always contributed to the management of MAMEDE, providing opportunities for all employees to continue to build capacity and grow in their careers.
