Mr Deth Phanna have worked with MAMEDE Finance Plc. as Acting Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management.
Mr. Phanna has many years of experience in internal control, internal audit and is currently working as a member of the Risk Management Committee, which reports directly to the Risk Management and Internal Audit Committee. As a senior officer in charge of strategic and operational affairs, he also worked directly with the governor in charge of organization strategic support. Because he is smart and sharp with his work, the management trusts him to lead the work of the Department of Internal Audit and Risk Management.

As for his studies, Mr. Phanna graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics and Statistics from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2021 in Phnom Penh. In addition, he has attended many training courses and received live training in recent years, such as mindset development courses, leadership courses Internal Audit Management, Risk Management, Talen Business Manager (TBM), Corporate Strategy Management and Digital Management.
