Mr. Kuch Chandara, a Cambodian national, joined MAMEDE Finance Plc in 2025 as the Head of Portfolio Quality Management. Before joining MAMEDE Finance Plc, I had experience working as a specialist loan officer and a small and medium loan officer at Amret Microfinance Institution. Then, I worked as a Branch Manager and Loan Manager at Meta Finance. Mr. Kuch Chandara graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Specializations of Cambodia in 2005.
